In order to pair your Smart Activity Tracker AM 1700/1703/1704 again to your FITvigo app, the tracker must be unpaired completely from your app AND your smartphone before.
a) Open your FITvigo app, go to settings and check if the activity tracker is still shown in the device list! If it is, tap on it and scroll down your screen, tap on "Unpair" at the bottom and confirm that you want to unpair. Afterwards your tracker should not appear in the product list anymore.
b) Afterwards go to the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone and check your connected devices. If your tracker is still shown as connected, please disconnect it manually here as well.
Only if your Smart Activity Tracker AM 1700/1703/1704 is completely unpaired from your FITvigo app AND your smartphone's Bluetooth connections, you can start a new pairing process in the FITvigo app.
