What can I do if the measurements of my Smart Body Analyser Scale BA 1602 FITvigo are not transferred to the FITvigo app?
Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on your phone and your Smart Body Analyser Scale is connected to the FITvigo app.
If Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and your Smart Body Analyser Scale is connected, perform a weighing procedure again. For the data to be transmitted, the Bluetooth icon must appear on the display of your Smart Body Analyser Scale.
Often, it also helps to remove the device from the FITvigo app and pair again.
