What can I do if the measurements of my Smart Activity Tracker AM 1600/1601/1602 FITvigo are not transmitted to the FITvigo app?
Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on your phone and your Smart Activity Tracker is connected to the FITvigo app.
If Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and your Smart Activity Tracker is connected, short press the button on your Smart Activity Tracker. Thus, the data of your Smart Activity Tracker are immediately transferred to the FITvigo app.
