Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on your phone and your Smart Personal Scale is connected to the FITvigo app.
If Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and your Smart Personal Scale is connected, perform a weighing procedure again. For the data to be transmitted, the Bluetooth icon must appear on the display of your Smart Personal Scale.
Often, it also helps to remove the device from the FITvigo app and pair again.
