If you are very active, exercise for more than eight hours a week and have a resting heart rate below 60 bpm, you might want to switch your app and devices to athlete mode.
If your body is used to this amount of regular training, this has an impact on your basic body values: the body data of athletes tends to be lower than the data of non-athletes. In order to classify your data correctly and compare it to proper norm-values, please activate athlete mode if the conditions above apply to you.
