1. Make sure that Bluetooth is active on your smartphone and that your Smart Activity Tracker AM 1800/1801 is paired to your FITvigo app:
a) Open your FITvigo app and go to settings. In the product overview you can see if your tracker is paired (if it isn't the tracker will either not appear at all or it is shown as "not synced yet"). If it is not paired, please pair your tracker.
b) If your Smart Activity Tracker AM 1800/1801 is paired to your FITvigo app, close the app and go to the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone. If your tracker is not in the list of your connected devices but you can see it as available, please now also pair your Smart Activity Tracker manually via Bluetooth.
NOTE: It is possible that your tracker will be shown as "Bracelet xxxx" - this is its individual, four-digit Bluetooth number. If your tracker isn't shown at all in the Bluetooth settings, please switch off your Bluetooth for a moment and then switch it back on. Please repeat the instructions to pair/connect your tracker.
2. If Bluetooth is active on your smartphone and if your Smart Activity Tracker AM 1800/1801 is paired successfully to your FITvigo app AND in your Bluetooth settings, open your FITvigo app and enter the activity section multiple times (e.g. tap on the steps on the main screen) and also tap on your tracker to activate it. This way the FITvigo app will actively try to access new data on the tracker and the sync should happen shortly afterwards.
