If you allow it, GODY accompanies you with suggestions for healthier habits: depending on your individual goal and body data, GODY selects small tasks from nine categories which are easy to integrate into your daily routine. For example: improving the meal preparations in stressful times, being more active at work or improving the sleep patterns. Good intentions of which many keep losing sight over and over again. The optional status updates can help you to stay on track.
There are general, category-independent tasks that are offered to every user. In addition, there are tasks that depend on the products you have paired to the FITvigo app and your individual results. So if you paired an activity tracker, you also get special tasks for more steps, etc. If you use a scale, you get tasks for your weight and if you have a blood pressure monitor you get tasks for blood pressure and / or pulse.
You can accept a maximum of 3 tasks at once. Depending on the type of task, these are automatically fulfilled / completed when the specified goal has been reached (trackable goals) - the task then automatically disappears from your task overview at the top of the FITvigo start screen. Other tasks you can actively end/close yourself (in the menu of each task). Tasks may be offered to you repeatedly if the content still fits your values.
